We Bale for Horses!
At Whitetail Ridge Farm, every bale of hay is produced with horses in mind. Weather permitting, hay is cut at the correct stage of maturity and dried naturally and thoroughly before baling. We never use chemical fertilizers or preservatives, so although our fields are not certified organic, your horses will be getting top quality hay without undesired chemicals.
We stand behind our bales! We encourage you to come see the types of hay that we offer, and try a few to be sure you are getting what you are looking for. Our hay ranges from predominantly grass to roughly 50-60% alfalfa in later cuttings. Since hay production is entirely dependent upon weather, it is advisable to reserve your order early. We typically sell out by early to mid autumn.
Delivery is available locally, and arrangements can often be made to deliver to further locations.
